(1).Return Policy
FAIYOU provides a 1 year warranty on all products. The inquiries of after-sold service must be sent within 5 days of receiving your product. The window of coverage begins from the day you receive your FAIYOU product.The warranty stipulates that customers have a 7 day window to report any products or Wrong Item Claims.

(2).Refund Payment Policy
Customer friend must promise the product ,box ,and all accessories are new and original ,no damaged ,no sratch if customer who just is not satisfied with order .(The damaged in intrasit is not included ;if the product is with problem caused by customer wrong behavior also does not comply refunded policy) .FAIYOU assumes no responsibility for shipping fees to send a product back to us (outside of the afformentioned). We will, however, cover the shipping cost of sending you a new or different product. We recommend customers use a service that provides tracking information when returning products back to us.After returned shipment ,the tracking NO. be required by customer ,and we will refund full payment after we received the returned order .(The delivery time often is about 15-45 working days ,the refunded payment will be proceed no over 60 days on normal situation ;but if there is special situation ,such as COVID-19 pandemic ,the refunded processing time should be extended to 90 days)
